    Paul Leonardi is an award-winning researcher, professor, and consultant who equips companies with strategies and tools to thrive in today’s fast-changing, tech-driven world. At UC Santa Barbara, Leonardi chairs the Department of Technology Management and holds the Duca Family Endowed Chair. He also founded the Master of Technology Management program, designed to help professionals harness the power of new technologies to build stronger businesses, products, and services.

    Together with Tsedal Neeley, Leonardi co-authored The Digital Mindset, a practical playbook for professionals navigating a technology-driven economy. In his newest book, Digital Exhaustion, Leonardi addresses one of today’s biggest workplace challenges: the stress caused by constant connectivity and digital overload.

    Having spent twenty years researching digital exhaustion and running long-term studies of employees at major companies, Leonardi maps out a realistic and data-led path to healthier tech use.     Leonardi earned his PhD from Stanford University and previously taught at Northwestern University.
